Still no massive poker thoughts ...

Easter is for rolling eggs down hills ... or turning in to an egg and rolling down a hill ...

7 Runners for the APAT Pro at the moment - I might make it to a final table ...

For my sins I spent a good few years watching Dundee United play "football"

Their second goal versus Hibs (midweek) was exquisite ... not often you get to say that!

Take it down ... 5 points behind Celtic ... fingers crossed for a comedy finish to the season!

Lunch with dad - he is brandishing a copy of "Cyclic serial zeniths from the flux" ... as accessible as it sounds ...

We ate meat and talked ... such is life ...

He is old enough to have watched Ian St John play live ... he supports Rangers which I find weird ... the chat is good and you find yourself thinking I really want my brain to be that sharp coming up to 78 years old ... it"s a good sign ... I am not sure he has ever played poker ... so perhaps if I retold my "cyclic serial AK vs xx defeats" it would mean little to him ...

To be fair within the zeniths there was a good poem about the death of Joseph Macleod"s first wife ... my dad went on to say that he then married an Italian princess ... sounds good to me ...

Good point about the pro event. Staying my hand for now, though it remains the case I can"t be there on Sunday so it"s that or nothing.

Wonder if there"s any danger of an extra satellite or two to bump the numbers?

Serial zeniths are the best kind.

100 hands at .5/1$ NL - Six handed - saw 70 flops won 40 hands for $250 profit ...

It could have been $200 more but for my top pair vs up and down straight flush draw ...

Good game ... good game ...

Two pair versus flopped set doing the main damage - pretty card dead.

Will have another attack later in the day ...

Attack attack ... ran out of cards in the end ... but three good sessions from four ... will pay for the APAT Pro League ... nice to watch the cards go round and round ...

A happy Easter ...

Looking forward to the next turn of the wheel.

No hero plays this morning ... rather wasted a buy in (+) shoving and missing with flush draws ... and bluffing with everything ... oh well ... starting to feel generally more hyper which is obviously good ....

88 vs AQ defeat ... at the end ...

AA vs 89s defeat created the momentum ...

Buy a vol" curve in the morning see where it leads ... nowhere!

Grand National Blues ... A great win for Don"t Push It (11-5) ... Black Apalachi (11-6) ... State of Play a pointless and distant third for me ...

Poker?
