Eurovision

I have a nice freeroll on Armenia - but I cannot see it winning ... mmm

Depsite hating the song - I think Turkey may win it ... very different ... tiny bit on Belgium too ...

Minor bits of trading profit as the markets swung about ...

Gutted that Germany have won it - though should have seen it coming!

Have to say - delighted that the UK came last - when are we going to pick a decent song!?!

Aside - the UK voted for Greece ... what!?!

Guess I will have to get back to the poker ...

Rubbish betting from me ... a missed opportunity ... will climb a mountain today to punish myself.

Will that freshen me up enough to take on the Warm Up!?!

Warm Up already gone ...

44 into K42 all diamonds ... obvious dangers ... but too short not to get it all in ... versus the nutflush A5s ... the turn the absurd 3 of diamonds for the straight flush ...

APAT to follow ...

APAT - low on ammo - won a race - lost a race ...

Aiming for the perfect working month in June ... so the poker decks will need to be cleared somewhat ... however I juggle my calendar a Sunday Pro League just doesn"t work ... The Saturday starting APAT holding a little appeal but still ends up (if successfully) being a Sunday afternoon shovefest ... mmm

Climbed Dumfries and Galloway"s greatest hill yesterday ... 1868 feet or thereabouts so pretty small but very steep ... and having done very little excercise for 4 months months pretty tough ...

My rowing machine calls me ... like a hideous siren ... that said watching the Eurovision song contest I had a sleepy pang of my mortality ... so with that sort of "live longer eat a fruit" mentality in mind ... I may have to start reporting on my weight in pounds rather than my weight of hands.

Good luck on the tables.

Some pretty average cash play though hard to escape losses with straights vs non obvious higher straights.

Fired up the $45k g"tee on Pokerstars and got tripled into the early lead AKo vs TT vs 89o ...

Two hours from London ... spew!

There are times such as this when I question my genius moves to get up at 4.50am and clear my inbox ...

I never understood the logic of solo drinking on a train ... (or a plane) ... perhaps there is a super spurious case to be made to drink solo with a mirror taped to your head ... maybe not??

Post 1000 on my blog ...

Not sure what Poker will happen today - it feels quite distant ...

I suspect my pre-amble with gambling on Derby Day will get me in the mood - but who knows!?!
