go here   http://fantasy.premierleague.com/
pick a team & register for free. then click the "Leagues" tab, then the "Create / Join" tab
put in the code  65383-59136  an your in the  APAT La Liga
you can make as many changes to your team as you like between now & 15th Aug for free
see you there!

yeah, just click the transfers tab and swap about as much as you want
