Did I mention that I will obviously be playing aswell.  Postage is expensive these days, so if I win, the chipset goes no where and my postage costs are zero.   ;D

Behind APAT, I think the Saturday at Glorious Goodwood is Blue Square"s 2nd biggest sponsorship event of the year.   ;)

Right then, my usual night before bets have been placed.  This is a five year old ritual that has seen me in profit for each of those years.  It"s the closest I"ll ever get to a betting system.   ;D

2:10 Lang Shining - 6th, bad start, for me and the horse
2:45 Firebet - 2nd, close but no cigar
3:25 J J The Jet Plane - 7th, but beat the favourite, wtf ?
4:00 Iver Bridge Lad - 10th, of 11 runners, fml.
4:35 Waldvogel - 14th of 14 runner, can this get any worse ?
5:10 Wellington Square - 7th, to be honest, I picked this because it is a combo of two addresses we have live at.
5:45 Viking Dancer - 7th, a perfect end to a disastrous day.  I"ve had no winner days before, but this was awful

And my picks for the tipster comp are going to be :-

2:10 Lang Shining - £40 to win
4:00 Iver Bridge Lad - £30 to win
4:35 Waldvogel - £30 to win

If nothing else, I will come last in a blaze of glory.  ;D
