Wait!  Just when you thought we might already be drunk in the bar...here"s the final table lineup, complete with stacks...

Seat 1  Noah Boeken -- 219,000
Seat 2  Michael Martin -- 819,000
Seat 3  Trond Eidsvig -- 1,062,000
Seat 4  Mikael Norinder -- 647,000
Seat 5  Joris Jaspers -- 219,000
Seat 6  Tony Bloom -- 119,000
Seat 7  Eric Larcheveque -- 435,000
Seat 8  Justin McDonald -- 415,000
Seat 9  Christian Grundtvig -- 330,000

Apologies to Mr. McDonald whom we have been calling Tristan because one of his railers said it was his name.

Now we"re really going.

I must say, I think reporting is harder than playing. We get nice seats and chips to play with to keep us entertained. Reporters have to stand for hours and hours(sometimes behind big fat Americans) and watch 9 donkeys play a silly card game. My back hurts and I wasn"t even there the whole time. You guys do an awesome job and I"m glad that Nancy has made Blonde Poker the official headquarters of the Mike Martin fan club.

I also have to add that I"m the best railbird ever. I missed the first level because I woke up late and had to get something to eat. When I get to the casino, Mike has 60K in chips as they go to their first break. We talk strategy a bit and I wish him luck. 90 minutes later, at the dinner break, he has 340K! Holding the nuts every hand he gets donated to....64o in the BB flops 875 and doubles through Q9, AK flops K62 and 45 open-shoves into him, AK>AQ, IT NEVER ENDS! We go home for dinner, come back, and 90 minutes later he has 750K! QQ, AA, KK, AA, KK, etc. I always knew I was a lucky sweater but this was beyond belief. Suddenly, I get a phone call from an old college friend who is living in London but visiting Amsterdam and I leave for 30 minutes to meet him in a coffeeshop. When I come back, Mike"s down to 700K and I"m really mad at myself. I stick it out for the rest of the day and he finishes up at 819K. I"m glad that the final starts tomorrow at 5 PM because it"s 6:15 AM (ugh) and I would probably miss a 2 PM start.

GOOOOOOOOOOOO MIKE!!!!

Daut and Nancy, keep sending the good vibes across the pond and across the web. Every bit helps.
