Hows the betting going -/+ ?

:) not the greatest day yesterday , lifetime its a plus :)

had a read of TKays thread on the free bet thing, if anyone has a free bet in hand then u have to take into account the over round, believe it or not the race betting markets are pretty efficient, so without writing a thesis study on market efficiency just look for a race/event with semi to strong market info with as low of a over round as u can find and it doesn"t matter long term what odds u take..

Aintree

2.00 - Flaxen Flare
2.30 - Cape Tribulation - ew
3.00 - The New One
Tough race to sort, Grandouet and Countrywide Flame are unproven, Zarkandar fell last year at the sixth and most probably would need the ground softer today to be in the mix. Which leaves only 3 other realistic contenders, Oscar Whisky 7/8 over 20f and 21f, Thousand Stars who keeps chasing OW home in the last 2 runnings of this race, then we have the The New One who reminds me of Solwhit when he won at 5 years old in this race back in 2009. Hmmm i should just watch but i need some invested interest :) so i"ll side with The New One having managed to get 4/1 with WH this morning. I"ll watch OW in running and may have a saver, strange that Geraghty has jumped off but it wouldn"t be the first time he"s made the wrong call.
