We"ve all heard that a glass of red wine can be good for your heart, but new research indicates that a pint of beer can have the same effect. An Italian study which looked at the drinking habits of 200,000 people has found that strong beer - with five per cent alcohol - can be just as healthy as a glass or two of red.

OK that"s made my mind up. I"m on a serious health drive for the next 7 days.  ;D

I"ve rediscovered the art of winning money in Vegas, but that will probably all change once I actually start to play any poker.

I"ve registered for todays mid day Venetian deep stack, that should be a good test of my run good :)
