Right then, Six Nations kicks off in a bit.

Drawn in by another Betfair promo, 50% stakeback if one leg of a treble lets you down, so here we go.

Wales v England - England
France v Scotland +13.5pts - France
Italy +12.5pts v Ireland - Ireland

Odds - 5.77

Hate betting against Wales, but I think England have the momentum at the moment and may just be too strong for Wales, even with the home crowd behind them.  Sigh

Scotland have been the most improved side this year and as usual with France it depends what team turns up. Still I reckon the French pack will be much too strong and will run out winners.

Done by two yellow cards.

First one and England are down to 14 men for cynical play that stopped a definite try scoring opportunity.  Wales score 3 points.  Fair play to England, they close the play down for the next ten minutes and even manage to stick 3 points on the board when the Welsh frustration gets the better of them.

Second one and Wales are down to 14 men for a nothing incident on the half way line.  Wales hold out for eight minutes, but eventually concede a try.

Am I bitter, yeah, actually I am.  But in saying that, Wales missed kicking opportunities and made silly mistakes, so only have themselves to blame.

The frustration lies in how the two yellow card incidents get treated the same way, resulting in a penalty for each side, yet the English one clearly stopped Wales scoring 7 points instead of the 3 for the penalty.

And don"t get me started on Brian "I have an opinion, but the ref has made his decision" Moore.  FFS.

Still, two more games tomorrow.  Looks ominous for the tournament though. England have three games at home now, going to be tough for anyone to finish ahead of them.
