First of all can I say a very big thank you to the 25 souls that turned up for the game last night. This is a very pleasing turnout and if we keep that up there should be no reason why we cannot be fighting for the title every step of the way.
We lost a couple early doors to the God of Variance but then we settled down to a good night of poker. 216 runners and 13 Liverpool players made the top half of the game. Unlucky John and Wee Man who bubbled the money 32nd and 31st respectively.
Unlucky to Mike & Andy B who were so close to gaining points and a huge well done to Kevin & Cheryl who final tabled and who collected 36 points between them to ensure second place.
Your captain went out in 52nd due to a complete lack of talent.
A very pleasing result, but one we can improve on and take the 3 points next Sunday. I will be spamming by PM all this week...
