Des, why are the international tops so expensive? I am loking forward to this but feel that 30% of the buyin would also be required to tops is excessive. Other teams your thoughts, please?

£15 for an embroidered polo doesn't seem too bad imo

We are being asked to pay £30 per player and to me that is excessive but if other players are happy to pay these prices then I must be he exception. Fair play to AMRN for replying. I'll need to get extra funds from the boss by the looks of it.

The £30 is for two embroidered polo shirts (one for each day)
I'm sure you can just order one if you would prefer, won't be a problem.
They are also a really great memento to have of representing your country at poker.
I'm sure anyone who has played in these events previously would back me up on that.

I agree with your post but think that some of the members participating may find the cost a bit too expensive. I only wished to have others thoughts on the matter and hope that no offensive hasbeen taken.

Agreed. I still wear mine to poker with my mates now
Cracking momento and not something that everyone has. Well worth it IMO
EDIT
Infact the shirt is the bit that should mean the most. Your NATIONS shirt that you wore while representing it? Priceless.

Agree with above. And if we can source them in nice quality for less than £15 per shirt then we'll pass on the savings to the players. I suspect APAT will end up paying a balance on them however.

Having ordered many golf polo shirts for golf tours in the past £15 is very fair value for good quality. Cheap ones just get binned once they lose their colour and shape. False economy IMHO.
