Insufficient Funds
« on: October 18, 2010, 09:42:02 AM »
I"ve been trying to buy into the Coventry event for 24 hours now - I get an error message saying that I have "Insufficient funds" which is obviously not the case.

Has this happened before ? Any ideas ?

Why is it obvious?

OK sorry...you are saying that the balance shown when you click "Show Balance" is MORE than the $120 required to buy in?

If so, I"d give Betfair Poker support a ring/email.

Yes, sorry Ian, can only repeat what Paulie says. Try contacting Betfair themselves.

Hope you get sorted Matey, and I"ll see you there when you do :)

Sorry for the unintended ambiguity guys, I was trying to say that I currently have substantially more than the required $120 in my account but it won"t let me reg. I"ve fired off an email to BF and await a reply....  ;)
