No criticism - genuine suggestion to make things better.
I'm a fan of the 'players club' section on Betfair but can I suggest it has a section or a tab which displays the promos you've entered/opted in for and ideally though I accept not proportionate in all instances your progress in them.
That would require a tech fix - as an interim - e-mail confirmation on entry and then completion.
Just a thought...

Absolutely ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++1 Really annoys me. I often forget which promos I've signed up for. I keep getting free bets in my account, but absolutely no idea if they are the right ones or not. |

Drop a line to support confirming the days you played, and they should sort you out. You won't be the only one as there is always some confusion with the timing of when points are added to accounts. |
