A Year (and a couple of weeks) In Poker!

Sorry to have missed Cardiff at the weekend. Once the updates start and the facebook activity tells me that everyone seems to be in Cardiff except me, I started to regret not going. Sounds like a great weekend again and well done to all who cashed.
It"s nearly time for me to dust off the hoodie as I"m venturing up to DTD on Friday. Will play Day 1B of the wsop warm up event which is Saturday, so will probably play the £40 on Friday while enjoying a beer or two. With 30,000 chips and an hour clock, I must adjust to this main event structure and am really going to try to maintain focus throughout, but time will tell!
Might be easier to rent a flat in Nottingham as I"m also at DTD the following weekend for the Blonde Bash. Expect to see a number of APAT regulars there for what will be a great weekend I"m sure.
Just over 4 weeks to Vegas and I must admit I"m like a kid waiting for Christmas. It promises to be an epic (that"s the right word isn"t it?) trip and I"ll be using this blog to record the highs and lows. I"ve noticed that the Wynn have a festival on this year during the wsop, and I might play one or two of their events as I like the room. Having said that, every year before I go I spend ages planning a schedule of events to play and then completely disregard it when I"m there as it"s not really a place to work to a set plan. ;D
Upwards and onwards, next stop DTD.
