I was a member of PokerXFactor for three months, and for DeucesCracked for 1 month.  Both were pretty good.  The main people on PokerXFactor were Sheets and JohnnyBax.  Rizen did a great complete walkthrough of his Sunday Million win.  I used it a bit but did not renew because I was not able to give it enough time.

I won a month on DeucesCracked in a competition.  Vanessa Selbst is one of the main people and her stuff is a real eye-opener.  She makes some incredible plays - a real animal!  One thing about DeucesCracked is that they let you download, so I built up a big collection of videos in my one month and as far as I know I am not breaking their rules to keep them.  If they do a trial that might be a good option.

Not much to choose, but I preferred DeucesCracked slightly.

I am currently signed up to Breakthrough Poker Coaching, Nick Wealthall;

- Costs just short of £30 per month ($45 per month)
- 30 day cancellation period at any time during the 12 month course
- Content delivered monthly online (you access your own section of his online site) via 4 training modules per subject including guest trainers Kevin MacPhee and Mick "Timex" McDonald in first two months
- Bonus content includes extra interviews with pros i.e. 45m interview with Brian Hastings on 4-betting in month 1, video on "Setting Poker Goals" (I found this useful in setting my own goasl), audit of your game (17 areas to rate your own game - a good starting point to be honest about areas you need to improve in)
- monthly live webinar where Nick answers questions submitted prior or in session regarding the course content and you can chat to others in chat box
- ask a question function - each question will be responded to by email in full (I"ve tried this and the replies are extensive)
- dedicated group chat through the online site
- a coaching manual each month which is essentially a summary of each module"s key points and the To Do lists for each session following

The purpose of the course is described by Nick something like this; he believes that other video sites offer great content but don"t tell you what to do with it all.  Nick lays out a path over 12 months with concepts that he believes, when learned, will give you the biggest increase in your profitability. 

Month 1 is - How to Play Aggresively Pre-Flop & Dominate Other Aggresive Players and deals with:

- 3-betting
- Combatting Aggresive Players
- Dealing with Being 3 Bet
- 4-betting

The content from Kevin MacPhee is excellent. The bonus stuff from Brina Hastings on 4-betting is more detailed and will require more than one listen for me.  Some of this is quite maths based.

I have completed the month and have learnt a few new ideas to add to my pre-flop play.  Each module ends with a To Do(s) for your next session to add new concepts into your game or when reviewing post-game

Month 2 - How to Beat Up Weak Players & Take Their Chips

- Targetting & Profiling Weak Players (I have just done this module)
- Isolating & Value Betting
- Aggression & Weak Players Plan B
- Jack Ellwood on Beating Weak Players

Less technical I think this month and not as heavy on the maths.  I am looking forward to ploughing into the rest fo the month by end of November with my third webinar due next week.
His delivery is insightful, delivered with wit (can occasionally by a little cringey), has excellent detailed guest input from some huge online and live winners who are also very high level game players (not just some lucky donk who runa a tourney once) and I like the whole concept.

If you are interested - give me a shout.  I would not recommend anything unless I had first hand experience and rated the course.  Neil Channing also give a very decent appraisal on his own forum a week or so ago praising Nick"s intelligence for the game (despite playing the clwwn on UKIPT televised shows), and the style he presents the course in.

Interesting, and it sounds as if it is working for you, but it seems a strange choice when there are so many highly regarded sites run by world class players.  Nick is at best a competent amateur.

Sure.  Nick is not a highly regarded professional player, nor a professional at all really.

That does not mean to say that he does not understand the concepts he coaches on and he gets in guest coaches where there is more technical aspects to the training.  I rate Neil Channing and he rates Nick in turn.

Not all great players are great coaches, and not all great coaches are great players. 

I won my first tournament this year ($311 from $2 buy-in) just after the end of month one - maybe coincidence and I put a lot down to improvements in my mental game approach, but worth noting.

Speaking of Kevin MacPhee, i didnt like the way he played that 5 bet hand vs Vanessa Selbst in EPT Berlin recently. Dont know if anyone else seen it. When she explained her thinking it made great sense and when he explianed it didnt make sense at all. Anyway sorry to de-rail
