APAT UK Team Championship
APAT:
We are working up an option whereby a percentage of the prize fund will go towards individual placings. We"ll see how that looks before the player briefing gets published.
Jon MW:
When Des points out the wording then it"s obvious.
But I can understand why some people might have read it as meaning that the forum prize payouts were all added value as well as the first prize seat.
I don"t think anybody can argue that it"s a great tournament to be involved with, but only that, however clear it was, it wasn"t clear enough that there were no individual prizes.
It just emphasises the need to really point out any terms and conditions however well you think you"ve worded an explanation.
Overall I don"t think it"s that big a deal though is it?
EDIT: Especially if it can now be amended to give some of the prizepool out as individual winnings.

Nice one Des.
One of the great points of APAT is how it"s there for the members and "it" (i.e. Des and Rich) listen to people"s thoughts and opinions.

APAT:
In light of player feedback APAT are proposing the following payout structure for the UK Team Championship.
If any teams would prefer to revert back to a solely team orientated payout structure, then please post here via your captain, before close on Friday, for further discussion.
Payout Structure:-

Team Prize Allocation: £5,000
£2,500 - 1st Team & Team Cup & £1,000 to Team Owner
£1,500 - 2nd Team
£1,000 - 3rd Team

£1,250 - 1st & Gold Medal & GUKPT Package worth $3,000
£750 - 2nd & Silver Medal.
£500 - 3rd & Bronze Medal.
