Do you have the ability to request a certain structure with certain blind levels? If so, you could try something like this:

20/40, 10m
30/60, 10m

400/800-75, 12m

15 teams will score points. 12 players left - 11 different teams. And only one of the 10 individuals has any team points already banked to fall back on. Team points will largely go with top finishing positions.
