Hi John,

the refund was made in tournament money, but that"s not mentioned in the overview. If you look on the website and check "My Account" and then "My Poker" on the left, you will see the T£.

If you keep having a problem with loading the software, it"s best to contact Technical Support... it"s likely that there is just some setting that is not correct or something.

As you mentioned before, there is some value there :)
