41 players left, average 47.195
After the first flight of the BAPT Main Event, Bert Derwael has a massive chiplead over the rest of the field.
Closing in on 200k stack, he is even the only one above the 100k mark.
Redouan Bettioui barely missed that mark and is 2nd with 99.000.
Amongst other familiar faces we see Ruben Tack in 4th with 72.900. He finished 4th in last year"s Namur Main Event.
Mathijs Jonkers has a great weekend so far; after yesterday"s win, he is again in the higher regions of the leaderboard, finishing with a near 70k stack, which is good for 6th place.
Amongst the survivors we have 6 (out of 10 today) NAKP players! Besides Mathijs we also have Hendrik Minne, Jan Ernsten, Berry Simon, Mike Lammerts Van Bueren and Richard Van De Put.
Golden Palace player Stephane Allard was on a rollercoaster ride all day long, but he survives with a near average stack of 47.700.
Tomorrow is the 2nd flight of the BAPT Main Event and we are expecting a lot of players. With already more than 100 pre-registrations, we might reach the 200 mark.
In the meantime we will be following the Crazy Pineapple Final Table. We"ll see you for the Main Event tomorrow!
