I"m just glad still to be in top 10 after One Drop, think I"m 4th overall. Could never envisage that the leaders would have 3 million quid :)

This is Bryan Devonshire, who has twice lost heads-up for a bracelet and was once expelled from Flamingos for "ruining the game" by "raising too much". At blinds of 12k/24k and antes of 3k, Bryan had 1k. He was all-in on the next three hands in succession, which he didn"t have much choice about, having less than an ante for the first two and two antes (or half a small blind) on the third. Chopping all three got him to 10k, almost a small blind. Somehow, he decided to fold the next hand, giving up the 3k! He didn"t get any further and finished 10th.
Five days after winning the $10k PLO, Brandon Shack-Harris clawed his way to heads-up again, but was mauled by David Prociak.

Less said, the better. Fee and Polk entered to promote their coaching website.
Ryan Laplante made his 12th cash of the Series, making him the cashingest player ever in one Series, due to the new payout structure whereby 15% of the field get paid.
The Andrei Kanapelka / Andrei Konopelko team from Belarus, who finished 85th, caught my eye. This was Andrei"s first WSOP cash, but Andrei"s seventh, including 7th in the Main and 9th in a side at the 2013 WSOPE.
