2016 WSOP Fantasy Game & Staker
MintTrav:
There were 79 left in #5 Dealers Choice overnight, with 59 to cash.
We have failed to distinguished ourselves in this one as well, though we still have four players going:
30 Volpe
47 Buchanan
63 Wattel
70 Chidwick
Chidwick lost a big pot near the end. He is usually near the top in these things if he is still in, so it seems odd to see him in such difficulty. If Hellmuth was 70/79 overnight, I"d say he could still have a good chance of winning, but I don"t know yet whether Chidwick has such Hellmuthian hanging-on powers.
I can see Elezra, Bloch and Mizzi still have chips. Also Greenstein, on course for his second cash of this year"s Series already. And, going strong in 27th place, Chris Ferguson.
MintTrav:
There are a lot of bonkers names again this year.
My favourites so far:
Shawn Quint (especially when he uses his initial)
Dusty Lane
Luigi Knoppers
John Dull
MintTrav:
Chidders is out of the Dealer"s Choice.
Greenstein is also gone and has shown up immediately in #7 2-7 NL. These players!

After a marathon (and star-studded) final table, Robert Mizrachi wins again. Why does no-one ever pick him?
Danzer rewards his supporters with another high finish.
Not sure about this scoring system, comparing 15 for Danzer against 1 for Anderson, but I don"t mind seeing it through for this year and we can judge it at the end.
Volpe was chip-leader for most of #5 Dealer"s Choice, and is currently in fourth place with four players remaining. Ferguson finished 19th - how come none of you picked him?
The Colossus is down to six players, and none of them are ours. We haven"t had any interest in this for quite a while. I"ll get around to the points for it when I have a spare month.
Mike Leah is sitting second in #6, a $1,500 NLHE, with less than 100 left. I can see that Zinno is still there, in the middle of the pack, but it is difficult to tell beyond that who else is there, as the update lists are not showing all of the players. Esfandiari may still be in, but I can"t tell. Ever-reliable Kessler definitely cashed, near the bottom as normal. Hellmuth missed the cash, being knocked just over 50 places short (303 being paid) right at the end of Day 1. Kyle Julies managed to cash in this the day after winning #4 Turbo.
Dan Kelly is our only player still in #7 2-7 NL, which Owen, Seidel, Farrell and Brunson have also cashed in. I see that Elezra and Greenstein are again highly placed, with 22 left, making me wonder why these players, too, have not caught our selectors" eyes.

Hi John, the unofficial final table for the stud was 9, are you sure the official final table wasn"t 8?
