In my home cash game - Pot Limit £1/2 we used to play (from time to time) a round of compulsory straddles with the following format.

SB - £1
BB - £2
Straddle - £4
Big Straddle - £8
Super Straddle - £16
Super double Straddle - £32
Mega Straddle - £64

With the SB to act first.

We never got more than 7 players to agree ...
