Chipaccrual:
Okay, I am going to be completely selfish here.

I"m having a nightmare picking a team of 10 to represent APAT, if it gets reduced, I may go slightly mad.   ;D

MAIR:
LOL the pressure is huge, not matter what way it goes for all concerned

There is the option of reducing the number per team to 8 and therefore having 20 teams in.  Still 16 tables of 10 and a bit of a headache for the APAT Team to organise the seating to ensure no 2 team members are on the same table, if thats possible.

It is another option to consider.

Oops just realised Karrde suggested similar above

Once people start gettng knocked out having more than one from the same team at the same table is pretty much inevitable and unavoidable anyway.

Swinebag:
Let all the teams who want to take part, participate, then from that decide how many players per team.

As for the table draw headache, Just do a random draw. Last year it only took one table to break for tables to have more than one player per team on a table and it wasn"t long before we had 3 to a table. The National online league has survived this year with random draws.

If a table get drawn with too many players from one team then just decide that that will be the first table to break.

As for picking teams. Any team that has more interest than places can organise a forum exclusive tourney on whatever website they are affiliated to (assuming they have one?). If they are a live community then organise a live tourney to determine your team

More teams please....spread the love!!
