Online poker isn"t rigged, there may have been a couple of dodgy operations in the past but there"s no way any of the big sites these days are rigged, the sites have too much money to lose if they are caught in a cheating scandal. It"s purely volume and variance issues, and like has already been said - you"re playing more hands /hour and you"re more likely to remember bad beats than the pots you win.
I myself am on a shocking run online at the moment that has seen my bankroll disappear before my eyes, i"ve been keeping record recently and from my last 27 tournament exits i"ve went all in ahead 23 times only to be outdrawn. I know exactly how you feel but it"s just bad luck and spazzy players aligning perfectly that flag up these weird plays.
The constant beats don"t make me trust poker sites any less - even when I get one outered on the river:
