Thanks for your support Dan! I"ve given up on this subject as there don"t seem to be many who agree with me. I"ll just have to accept that it is an accepted situation in poker. I promise not to mention the phrase "turkeys voting for Christmas" - perhaps some are anticipating the day they turn pro themselves.

not the best analogy, given that I"m not going to lose my life playing a satellite with a pro taking part, but I can see your point.

My point is that, if we amateurs are such dead money in satellites littered with pros, then what is the point of playing satellites (with no pros in) to qualify for a tourney that we would be dead money in, because it is full of pros.

I like the pro"s on my table in satalites............

I liken it to having Scouse,Mattblue and The Duke on my table in a $5 Apat re-buy qualifier....weeeeeeeeeee.
