As long as it is in Dublin on the same dates there is no problem.

Exactly, that"s the plan, and we"ll do everything in our power to meet those expectations. We managed it in Aberdeen, and hopefully we"ll manage it in Dublin.

Did you? Was it not moved from Edinburgh to Aberdeen?
I did not realise there was problems with the venue until tonight while playing the second satt, and now that I have read here that the decision was only made last night, I feel that there is not much you can do about the satts etc, but, I DO think that the direct buy-in on Thursday should be cancelled until a definite arrangement has been made with a venue and a date.. I did already think, why are we doing something so far ahead again..!! Surely we should be doing this late August for a late Sept date, thats how it has worked in the past, why change?

We sure did. The Scottish APAT event was always going to be Aberdeen this season, and the G Casino dropped out with short notice.
With the direct buyins this year, you are able to register and unregister easily within the Betfair Lobby, so there should not be an issue with keeping the dates as they are.

It is not the ease of registering and unregistering that is an issue with me. It is the amount of time ahead of the tournaments that we are required to pay up front....
I currently have like £150 sitting in 2 tournaments since March, and now I am required to put another £80 into another tournament that "might" take place 2.5 months from now. Good job I am not playing Estonia because that would be a 4th tournament..!! When are we satt"ing into Spain for January..!! And dont ask me about the Team for England..!! Or the fact we are playing 2 online torunaments at the same time, and get added satellites just to make life easier.
Rant over..!!
