No matter how big or small I size the window or where I place it on my screen, cant see the top of my cards.

Missed this when I made my post earlier.

Yes, you can move these boxes out of the way.

Also, you can choose a favourite seat to sit in by clicking the ghostly white seat icon to the bottom right of the screen (above the auto action check boxes).
