Update in the Cash Championships.

Dave Howard has opted to cash out his remaining stack and walks away from the game with £180.  Torrid seat draw, torrid first hour and he still gets to leave in profit....not many tournaments you can do that in!

In addition to any table profits the Champion will collect an extra £430 and the Silver Medal winner £180.

Huge last 10 mins in the cash championships!!


I join the action on an 8h 9c 9h Ad 3s board. £100 in the pot and Shawn Lassman is facing a bet for his entire stack (£200)  John Black is the bettor in the hand.

John exposes the 4d and after a long time Shawn calls showing Ah Qd but its no good vs Johns 9s 4d

Huge pot knocking Shawn out and putting John Black back into the chip lead!!

Pak To won the Heads Up event at last year"s WCOAP.

Perhaps another Bracelet repeat in the offing in addition to Paresh Doshi"s achievement.

Cash Championship Results.

After a topsy turvy 2hrs we have a winner.

Aspers Cash Game Regular

John Black - £1015 + £430 + Gold Medal + Championsip Bracelet



A great result for John, who finished 2nd in the Shootout Event this festival also.

2nd Place
Mark Hamilton - £604 + £130 + Silver Medal



3rd Place
John Murray - £300 + Bronze Medal
