Wow guys, how close was that...
It all came down to that 1 hand where you had TJ vs AJ vs KQ. Even if we only win the side pot it"s all over for you guys... But I"m not going to be a sore loser.
Our teams played excellent tonight! We all tried to keep our team mates in the tournament as long as possible, and there were a few great counter attacks as well.
So if a team event should be all about getting your team over the line, I think our match tonight sets a damn good example!! Raggie did a great job applying maximum pressure with his big stack; we did our best to counter as good as possible.
Good luck in the Finals, I do hope you guys win because that would mean at least one of our team mates can maybe walk away with a prize :)

Yeah, very dramatic. Heart monitors for the spectators in that one, not the players. May the best team win in the final.

We had a very close semi-final against the Nobody Can Remember Our Name team, building a big lead, getting unlucky several times and then finally getting our own bit of luck near the end. Overall we were good for our win and justice prevailed, though it was tight at the end. When the pressure moments came, we thought of Shakira and all she has done for the world and we dug deep. We are in the final now, and we owe it all to her.

In just three days time, the final of the National Online Cup will take place. Twenty-six teams entered the competition; twenty-four have been eliminated. Just two remain - us and Velvet Indulgence.
Velvet Indulgence is comprised of some of the best players in APAT, so this is a tough challenge. We have faced tough opposition before - East of England Unrememberables, Golden Graham and Nobody Likes Us were all very good teams who gave us difficult matches. We came through all of those games, thanks to Shaki"s inspiration, and we hope to do the same on Sunday.
I understand that the name Velvet Indulgence originated as swingers" club in Michelle"s imagination. It has still to become a reality, but the name will be well known before the club even opens.
May the best team win.
