This one seems to have been going on for ever. It"s still not finished, but our last player, Anthony Zinno, has just fallen in 8th place. I saw Zinno get picked in a pre-Series survey as the player most likely to disappoint this time. But he reached five final tables last year and won a bracelet, so this guy can play. Even if he doesn"t match that, you gotta back him to do well. And what has happened? We have only reached Event 6 and Boom - there he is on the final table, from over two thousand starters. The man got class.
Zinno on the final table, looking like he has had a tough dayI see Ross Boatman cashed in this, along with the afore-mentioned Joe Laming and, I am delighted to report, so did my idol, S.Quint, finishing 155th. Others cashing included Carlos Colon, Athanasios Polychronopoulos and Jonathan Vanwinkle!
