Genting will be next face to face poker for me ... with three day 1"s ... should get to 400+ runners @ £400 ... pretty spicy pot to win ...
It"s usually APAT that gets me back in the zone wanting to take these bigger things on ... map APAT victory on Genting ... just need to avoid lucky maniacs and a great chance to run deep ... avoiding lucky maniacs can be troublesome ...

In bigger tournaments - perhaps the unlucky maniac ...
Albeit it is all part of the masterplan ...
Running quite well in APAT online at the moment ...

The week is racing by ... work ... work ... work ... followed my second visit to the personal trainer ...
My observation thus far is that if you go to a personal trainer twice a week - you might well be in pain for 6/7ths of the week ...
It"s all good ... it needs done ... I might be under the mythical 15 stone mark tomorrow ...
As I recall it clinical obesity starts for me (5 foot 10) at 15 stone ... it feels harsh ... but soon I will wave it good bye ...
If I am rolling down a hill it will reduce my momentum (p=mv) ... I would also have less potential energy at the top of a building Ep = mgh ...
As one reduces in weight - you encounter heightened risks of being blown over a cliff - it"s a risk I fear - so I will need to be careful ...

What has happened to Man U and Man C - the massive favourites for the Europa League??
Premiership has been so weird this year - super attacking - terrible defending - which just doesn"t work in Europe.
Obviously Chelsea got back into a decent shape to win last night and Arsenal woke up for their heroic failure vs AC Milan but it feels like the best league in the world has reduced in stature ...
Of course it is 100 times better than Scottish football ...
Albeit we did have Chic Charnley ...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chic_Charnley
Extract:
"Chic was raised in the North of Glasgow and, evidently gifted as a footballer, was tipped for greatness. However, the early part of his career was chequered by poor discipline which gave him the reputation as a hot head. This scared many clubs away from his talent.
Chic had a voracious appetite for trouble. During a training session in Glasgow"s Ruchill Park, he was attacked by two locals brandishing samurai swords. Charnley responded by leading his teammates in an attack on the two men."
