Santino67:
:D Surprising he never walked into that Wimbledon team around then, Chic made Vinny Jones look more like Aled Jones

Honeybadg:
I am reviewing this and wondering how I managed to get Chic Charnley on to my blog ...

... neatish link to Irvine Welsh ... who I saw interviewed on Melvyn Bragg"s class and culture show ... I love Irvine for saying he is now Upper Class ... due to his monies ... tongue in cheek me thinks ...

I remember when Trainspotting came out - such a great book to read - but made me a little nervous of wandering about Edinburgh at night!

Lots written about it glorifying drug use - but for me it was a tale of everyone having a story to tell - and telling it well -a spotlight into the lives of people you would never otherwise see ...

I think I should re-read it ... my favourite Irvine Welsh story regards a concerned father beating up Goofy at Disneyland for scaring the kids ... or did I dream that??

Honeybadg:
I am not convinced by the merits of waking up at 4am on a Saturday ...

Pondering the UKIPT Nottingham - such a grind though - will see how The Genting runs.

Honeybadg:
Saturday afternoon football.

Bet on Dundee United to beat Rangers at 2/1 ... terrible match ... Rangers the marginally better side ... but 1-0 down to a sweet strike.

Dundee United now 3/5 - so sitting on a sweat freeroll ... having closed things out.

The game feels like a pre-season friendly - how often can you play at 5/10 and be ahead of Rangers??

Managed to put my Blackberry through the washing machine this morning - It"s a hall of fame action of sheer folly - but what can you say - it"s insured - a pain to retreive numbers and to use alternative handset for a few days.

My last blackberry died in a teacup ...

Before that I dropped a phone down the toilet ...

... before that I fell into the sea ... before that I lost a phone on a hill in Lisbon ... before that a BMX bandit stole my phone whilst I was on it in North London ...

I think this was the first one still in a contract - so 13 years insurance finally gets a claim!

Honeybadg:
Nice to re-gather some monies ... you have to wonder why Aluko not on the pitch from the start ...

Let"s follow it up with Wales to win by more then 5.5 pts ... 4/5 shot ... seems solid.
