ThePiranha:
yeah i think this is a great idea

Des, instead of going to the hassle of refunding me, i would 100% prefer having a seat in cardiff instead as i can make that comp. I hope that you consider this as the best way forward, im sure nobody would disagree

Geo:
Another option which I have mentioned before is not to take the money for the seat from the prizepool but to pay direct to the qualifiers.

There are 2 possible options from here:

1. They confirm that they are going to take the seat and pay directly back to the Casino for forwarding as normal....or:

2. Prior to the clickfest the link is sent to all qualifiers from the Regionals to have 1st refusal.

I think this may well be easier than the added hassle (and costs) of refunds.

Although on the face of it a credit system seems a good idea, what happens if a large number of qualifiers deliberately don"t take their seats for say Cardiff or Edinburgh simply because they would rather play the national at Dublin which is very popular.

This then reduces seats available to non qualifiers in the clickfest.

Not trying to upset anyone, just trying to help the administrators find a more manageable solution.

Ps.... see you in Cardiff.

A good suggestion Geo, but I do not have enough confidence in every casino to accurately complete and communicate this process.  Lets give the credit route a try to see whether it can work.
