APAT returns to Ireland to co-host the APAT Irish Championship with the Irish Poker Open, with APAT hosting the 2-Day APAT Championship event on Fri 27th and Sat 28th Mar.

Play commences on Friday at 3pm, with a €250 buy-in, 30,000 starting stack and on a 25 min clock, with late reg open for 8 levels (7:30pm) during which a single re-entry is allowed.

Day 1 will conclude after 18 levels of play (circa 00:20am) – approximately 15% of the field will be ‘in the money’ – the action resumes on Saturday at 12pm and will play to a conclusion.

The APAT Irish Championship awards Gold, Silver & Bronze Championship Medals to the top 3 individuals, with player deals allowed on the FINAL TABLE ONLY and on an ICM DEAL ONLY, which includes the award of medals and any associated other benefits or promotions.

PACE OF PLAY

Players are required to make decisions within a reasonable timeframe.  Players who are found to intentionally abuse time, deliberately stall, or purposely slow down the game’s progression will be subjected to a reduced clock for all subsequent decision-making.

HANDS PER LEVEL – Transition to Hands-Per-Level at Final Table

Upon reaching the final table the tournament will transition from a timed level structure to a hands-per-level structure. This means each level will consist of a predetermined number of hands rather than a fixed time duration.

After completing the set number of hands for each level, the blinds will increase according to the published blind structure.

The number of hands remaining for each level will be clearly visible on the clock, and the number of hands to be played will be announced at the final two tables.
