By Air : Flights into Prague then 2.5 hrs public transport to Cheb, Czechiz, then arrangement with casino to collect/deliver.

Hire Car : Direct hire from / to Prague Airport – ensure if you are going to be staying over the border in Germany that the insurance for hire car includes this.

The event is open to everyone – all players must be members of the casino, and photo ID is required to join., though we strongly recommend that ALL attendees bring Photo ID with them (ie even if a member).

Buy-in is available in-person, in the venue on the day.

Hosted at Grand Casino Aš from Wednesday 27th September to Sunday 1st October, the German Amateur Poker Championship will play with 2 x Championship events – PLO and the Main Event NLHE, accompanied by side events.

The Main Event will play with 3 x Day 1’s as a NLHE 2-day MTT with 1 re-entry allowed per flight and with late registration for 8 levels of play.  Day 1 will play down to 15% of entries who will come back for Day 2 in the money.

Day 2 starts on the level after which Day 1 completed, OR rolls back to a guaranteed minimum 33 x BBs for the start of Day 2, with all stacks put in play guaranteed a min cash.  The prize pool will be confirmed prior to the start of Day 2, and the clock reduces to 20 min when 3-handed.

The PLO Championship will play as a single day MTT, with 1 x re-entry and late registration for 8 levels.

APAT Championship Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be awarded to the top 3 individuals in each Championship event – no player deals on payouts are facilitated.
