APAT Manchester Oct 2022 Update

To accommodate the regular chip set used by Manchester235 we have amended the starting stack from 100k to 25k for our upcoming visit, and adjusted the event structure accordingly, and therefore, and to save confusion, we have updated the original post on our visit to Man235 HERE with the new event structure based on a 25k starting stack.
